You can add approval parties by their email addresses. MicroEDA will send them an invitation to take part in the approval process.

Link to a cloud storage for approval

If the document to be approved is located on a cloud storage, MicroEDA will send the link to all approval parties.

Integration with Bitrix24 CRM

Leads, contacts and Companies can be attached to a document approval workflow. The status of the document can then be tracked on the entity card.

How MicroEDA works

Creating an approval process in MicroEDA
- Any document format can be attached;
- The ability to specify a link to a document;
- The order of approval for each process can be specified (according to the order approvers are added) ;
- Approvers can be added from Bitrix24 or by their emails;
- The possibility of add comments to the approval process.

Approval process page
- Approval creation date, initiator, the attached document, connected CRM entities and approvers are visible

- The approval status is visible

- The timeline displays each approvers comment and their approval date.

All approvals page (Processes initiated by you or where you are an approver)
- Ability to view sort all approval process according to oldest, newest or the most urgent
- Ability to understand the status of approvals at a glance with traffic light view (Green - approved, Orange - pending , White - It is not yet the approver's turn)
- Indication of the number of days an approvers decision has been pending

You receive notifications when:
- When you are the creator or participant in an approval process;
- When any of the approvers approve or decline;
- Upon completion of the approval process.

You can leave comments when granting approval or declining

Search:
You can search for an approval process by the

- Title of the attached document
- Title of the approval process
- Approval parties
- Number of days the approval has been pending
- Process initiation date,

When approvers are added to a process with their emails, they receive an email notification with a link to the approval.
This does not grant them access to your Bitrix24. They can only view the approval page for that particular process, leave comments and give their decision.
